 Cancellations or Reschedule within 24 hrs of the appointment will apply a charge of $70.00

Tolerance:

10 min tolerance for sessions.

Prepay package and services: No-call No show  will be deducted as used from the remaining session package.

 Rule applies to all promotions, third-party prepay services or discounted services. 

The Body Lux offer special discounted price in packages and in case you can't continue your treatment, we don't provide a refund of services, if you decide don't continue with your treatment for any reason a credit will apply to your account for future services and need to e redeemed between 6 month before credits expire.

Prapay services need to be used in a time frame of 6 month after purchase date.

Credits, discounts, and remaining sessions can't be transferred to a different person. 

To provide services a card on file needs to be provided and kept on file till the end of the treatment. (No exceptions) this is to secure any cancellation fee, By booking your appointment or  you agreed all terms and conditions.
